Who am I?
My name is iacopo and I've just moved to barcelona, from london. I have been living in london for nearly 5 years before deciding to move somewhere different. I work in the IT side of CRM projects and have been doing so for the past 5 years for several companies in the UK and now in Barcelona. I speak a few languages but as I always say I have no merit for that whatsoever. I also enjoy any sort of good music (from 60s bossa tracks to industrial strength jamaican dub, and much much more), apple macs, motorbikes and mainly lazying around and try to enjoy this short period of time we're allowed to spend on this planet. Some of my friends also tend to take the piss calling me imelda for a completely normal passion for trainers (you can never have too many). even though my mum and my girlfriend have been trying for years to change that I still shipped 2 boxes full of trainers on ly to barcelona. There is so much more to say -not easy to summarise yourself in a few lines- but as most of you know me, I think I'll leave it here.

What is this about? Or is it just to keep the stats up and keep on creating a blog a minute?
Well, I'd like to keep in touch with so many people that I would need a proper email engine to manage different mailing lists. So I thought putting together a blog would save me some time and allow you guys not to feel guilty for nopt answering my emails ;o) I'll try and let you know how things are going on over here. I hope to share with you my experience of moving to (yet) another country.

so what's going on I think is so interesting that it's worth publishing on the web?
Well not much really, and to tell the truth the same applies to many internet sites (what on earth are they going on about?). But I realised this is going to be the easiest and somehow the most efficient (it always sounds weird when I use this word outside the office) way of keeping in touch with the many friends I still have in london.

Day1
Not exactly what I was expecting. I'm actually considering moving back to london. Why? Well there's no sun over here. Sky is just as cloudy as london. Shall I ask for a refund?
